1. Steel structure of the tubes and L hot rolled profiles – all pipes and profiles which constitutes the frame of containers are fully brazed
2. The bottom and the frontal tubes are made of 2mm thick sheet-iron
3. The sides are made of expanded metal meshes that are sporadically and firmly (by CO2 method) brazed to tubular construction

QUALITY CONTROL OF THE ECO EQUIPMENT

– Input control of raw materials and archiving of thecertificates for all materials
– Intermediate control at different stages of production
– Control of corrosion protection with a device for measuring the thickness of the adhesion
– Visual inspection of the product coveragend
– Container is protected by industrial quick drying alkyd paint (modified alkyds – 45+45 microns), and upon the request of the customer we can do the epoxy system and hot dip galvanizing
